How to download Flash swf animations and convert it to mp4?

Is there a program that allows me to download flash swf animations and convert it to mp4 formats? I know some swf converters that can only convert swf files. Any suggestions? -

You could try a converter like iWisoft swf to mp4 converter, a lot of friends around me recommend me the tool rencently. It works nice.

Alternatively here is a free online service that doesn't require you to download anything. They convert the files for you, and you then download the files from them http://www.zamzar.com/
