Request - A modified Tape Measure tool

Perhaps there could be a modified Tape Measure tool, where the user could toggle whether they want to create only an Infinite or a Finite with a guide point irregardless if the first click is on a endpoint or elsewhere on an edge?

I am having trouble installing this guy.
Where do the PNGs go? I am not seeing them. Does this go in TOOLS or Plugins?

You can always get the latest version here.
Download and unzip the files to the Plugins folder. You should have one file: clinetool.rb and one folder: clinetool which contains the images.
The default for the plugin is to add contruction points to the end-points. Tap the Ctrl key to toggle this on and off - the cursor will change to reflect which mode it is in.
It creates a menu item in Draw, and a toolbar button, as Ron mentioned.

Try this. It puts an yellow pencil icon on your toolbar. Click it and you can draw construction lines.
Plugin: Construction Line Tool
The Construction Line Tool allows you to draw constructions lines in a similar way as the Pencil Tool. Toolbar: View > Toolbars > Const...

Jim, could your script also "pull" parallel infinite lines like the tape measure tool?
