How will we know when SP3 comes out?

Okay, what I do know is that SP3 is going to come out sometime in late November or early December, right? However, when it does come out, how will we know? Should we look at the usual google code page?

There wil probably be an announcement of some sort on here, or you could go here (the google code site) to get it. I think theirs a feed on the google code site, which i imagine will tell you when a new version is released.
