Thats what happens when you got nothing, find something and try make it stick even if it's a lie ...anyone remember 'swift boat'?
But he got the 'sound bite' he was after, I am sure he knew exactly the "overhead projector that costs 3 million dollars" was a Sky theater for educational purposes, but he is trying to retain his herd of hill-billies that will take that soundbite and run with it without thinking, as they did with "flip-flop" and "swift boat".Smacks of Carl Rove's input.
