Look great...vray? Some of the best rendered cars ive seen

Hypershot i believe.
Cool renders, but could i ask what that little thing sticking out if the bonnet is in the first one? looks a bit like a stethoscope...

They are hood pins, you mostly see them on true race cars. They lock and hold down the hood (bonnet) instead of the usual hood (bonnet) latch. They were popular in the late '60s and early '70s muscle cars here in the States.

Great renders! Can you share one of the green mustang in full view? It would make a great wallpaper. Good job again
-
If you right click on the image and click "open in new tab" you will then see the whole view...

Thanks man... have you tried to render any architectural scenes with this program yet?
Not yet. But I believe it will look ok, if I can make perfect materials, but I doubt it. I'll try that, when I'll have some time.

Hi there! " I wish" can be the answer! It is a dream for me to achieve this rendering quality with vray...but I don't give up!

Thanks for clarification about the hood pins Glenn! I just modified the images, for full viewing.

i went to hypershot site. and i must say im impress so far. stefan since you aree using vray how s the renderign time compare with vray.
-
Hi Nomer! Well, it's hard to say, because I really don't know if the render was finished( I guess no, because the processor was 100% charged when I save the shot). First one @ 1 hour, and the second, with DOF applied, @4 hours. But again, I was save the shot when I consider that was good enough. I made these shots on a very low machine(1,7 processor and 768 Ram). You decide.
Cheers -

Great work Stefanq, the interiors are very difficult to set up, but nevertheless a very decent effort! Keep it up! and btw thank you so much for the hdr link
-
Thanks prince, it's decent but not perfect like the mustang...I'll try this weekend to understand how materials works. I think that's the difference between good and decent, when we talk about Hypershot.
No problem with the link, glad I could help!
Regards,
Stefan -

Mmmmm... Wheeled Candy...Very nice Renders, I'm still trying to figure out how to do interiors with Hypershot.

Another shot,@1 hour, I just tweak a little materials, I'm not very happy, but that's my issue. I didn't know how to make materials to look perfect.
Whats up with the reflection? Its completely wrong.
-
i know this is kinda off topic and all but i use kerkythea and i would like to know if ther is a way to get the shadow effect on the ground. im using that same parking lot image
-
stefanq very good jobs.
This rendering engine seems excellent, I'm going to start testing the truth because the quality and the times left me surprised -
Stefan, nice job with the Mustang! You inspired me to give it a try. I finally found it for download and had a go myself. Notice the detail on the tires.
As far as the kitchen goes, I found that you can really get some great bump effects in Hypershot, but you must use Normal maps and not your regular grayscale bump maps. Play with the bump height and you'll get good results. For the kitchen scene, adding specular maps will really make it pop. Good job though.
-
Thanks for comment, guys! The reflections of the kitchen materials are wrong in deed . I just used my textures, and apply some reflections( wrong).
Adam, glad to see your renders! The amount of details it's outstanding, when you have the right model and materials! I just 'study' now the materials that we have in hypershot, and I think that should give me a good start in understanding how this materials works! I just wish to find much more. -
@Adam, you're right, those reflections don't match the perspective.
Anyone else noticed these artefacts in Hypershot? It looks like a distorted field of view.
