Great work. Nice to see progress for HCM City. Was a bit different when I was there last. I hope this gets built. Quite beautiful.
All the renders and all the styles were insiring. I'd like to know how you achieved some of these.

yeah a lot of changes happen to ho chi minh city in the last 3 years. i should say exponential growth of these kinda of projects. cranes are everywhere. one of the reason why of inflation in vietnam. i should say that the economy got overheated.

I will tell you about this project:
yes,hcm city develops a lot near time, many kind of building grow up!
And this is a project of public benefit company. A company belongs government!
This is project with hope to bring a senior environment for citizen! a superior market and shopping center!
A high-ranking relax space! It will be builded near East-west boulevard is most beautifull in hcm city!
And company received is arcasia company which leader is landscape doctor graduated in Paris!beside, he is an experient architect, famous in saigon(old name of hcm city)
This is main reason the company approach this project!
And i'm a freelance and a collaborator with direct connection of company! i has help them for design 3d conncept, model and render for idea performent.
when some sketch out had finished, some architects of them had became to design plan, landscape 1/2000 and 1/500. and later, they had given it for me,and i help them for design 3d and model.
In during this stage,i did in their company in other to give and receive information easily.and after they had repaired plan suitable with my idea, i would use it for repaired again.
And when i and them unite. I became render. and i used arlantic studio 2 .

I like these too. Only, in the first one the lines in the building might be better if thinner, and the repetition of identical and identically coloured realistic cars would make me fear that the Greys (or some other threatening beings) have silently invaded the city.

Good man , thanks for comment . Maybe the colour of cars repeat alot . It makes space become more boring. I will pay attention to it .
