Importing Google Earth terrain and MODELS

Is there anyway to import the current Google Earth view WITH THE 3D MASSING MODELS, for use of additional context. Is it Possible to do this???

Do you mean all the bock grey building that shows up in the cities? Actually you can recreate those in a nanosecond. They are just all blocks. Cant you?

Normally you cannot import the 3D models from GE. I have read different workarounds by using external programs to "grab" the 3D content on screen but I'm not sure about their efficiency and accuracy.

or their legality. I was under the impression that the models are not licensed to be used outside of google earth. That might be completely wrong though.
