Anyone have an idea on how to convert .vob files to flv? I have Adobe master collection and would like to use something in that rather than buy yet another program. I am new to this so the easier the better. The flv file will be for the web (if that makes a difference). Any help would be appreciated (just keep it simple).

    Best regards,
    Scott

      Hi Scott, good morning.

Any particular reason why you are using flv instead of swf as your format?

IMHO, every Mac user should own this: http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/

Drag and drop simplicity; you will love this software, I promise. Can't beat the price, either.

      Cheers, Chuck

        Chuck,

Will it convert .vob files to swf? I did not see anything about .vob files. Thanks for the info.

Scott, IIRC you're on a Mac, so I don't know if this app will work for you. You can try SUPER as it converts to and from a number of formats, and its FREE!

Yes Scott, you can definitely convert VOB files into all sorts of formats.

I regularly convert VOB files into DV format, so I edit them in Final Cut Pro, or whatever.

You can convert to either FLV or SWF, too.

            Cheers, Chuck
