        You might try mplayer. Its a sourceforge program and it has played every type of file I've ever thrown at it, though I'm not positive that it will run an ISO. Its a good player to have around anyhow though. Here's a link to an mplayer version with a GUI. Its for windows. Here's the link:

          If you mean a way of mounting ISO images ( a virtual CD/DVD drive) then try:

          Its completely free which is nice.

            I also use magiciso and can vouch for its effectiveness, although it cant burn CDs form isos which can be quite annoying at times.
