These are renders I've done using Podium 1.5 Pro. Original size of the renders were double the resolution of the images I'm posting here.

Crits and comments welcome. be gentle

      Day time render.

      Night time render.

        nice renders, Juju.

the night shot has a nice urban flair. that what you want your house to look like, when you come home late in the night. πŸ˜„

            Julian, these look very nice.

The vertical cloud (top left) in the first image is drawing my eye, a bit distracting.

Thanks Eric; hehe, yeah I know it distracts a little. Quick fix though, look away quickly! This was the most appropriate sky image I could lay my hands on at the time and it was formatted to suit a skyglobe, so I couldn't move it too much without it looking really odd, this was about the best position.

Thanks guys! That was more or less the intention, keeping it inviting with a little warmth.

Juju, Nice renders, I really like the night scene. Maybe just a touch lighter. πŸ‘

Thanks Mateo, yeah it could be a little lighter, I did adjust the brightness by a fraction when I did the brochure. Reason I need it somewhat dark is so I can overlay the floor layout (in white ink) over it, worked quite well!

i especially like the night scene. the amount of dark slider you use in the shadow setting was nice.

Like mateo suggested I think the night shot is too dark, the interior could probably be brighter too.

Although I get crit for not putting cars in scene, when they sit in the main focus of the image they really grab my attention. Maybe if the car colour was more inert it wouldn't be so distractive.

I think the forground tree is a bit of a let down to your otherwise great image also. I would suggest trying one of the tree beibel created with my old "tree factory" file, and made them ready to use in podium. the leafs hang a little better!

Look forward to see if you push these a little further!
