    . . . wow . . . this is amazing . . . I love it . . . why didn't someone tell me about this earlier . . . (ha) . . . now I am beginning to figure out (finally) how people get those silky smooth models - it's cheating . . . but I still love it!

    😍

GreenToaster, I think you should start a new thread now called "My Cars have a completely new Look!"
(this thread has enough pages after all πŸ˜‰ )

well for ur cars i think this plugin is great but i m using it just for few parts only once i applied it on the entire car.
I don t like it because is messing the corner instead making them more soften.
I preffer making them in normal way.

Could we agree each method has advantages? Hope so.

Consider it "done" - thanks for the suggestion. Interesting you made this observation b/c I took the time to look through each post of this thread last weekend - I think it's time to move on to something new, something fresh, something that represents perhaps a new level.

Thanks for the suggestions - happy Sketching,

I think it looks great, I especially like the front air dam. I've just started posting, I've added my first post of my latest WIP...

[1] select the geometry you wanna smooze
[2] with screen cursor over selected geometry, right click, pick "Soften/Smooth Edges"

Thanks - I fixed the cabin - it was too close to the front, proportions were way off, but, it took 12 seconds to make it better.

Sub & smooth works great, I just can't figure out how to make it do much with concept car designs - superb for making happy creatures like "Sergeant Bunny" below . . . I'm having fun with it and will continue to work with it until I discover how it'll help. Certainly, it is fantastic for smoothing & so forth - like any tool, only as good as the user, eh?

                                  Happy Sketching,

Today is my last day of vacation so I probably won't be posting any more concepts for a while. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I did this one - the front fenders were shaped using the subdivide & smooth script. Obviously, I need a lot more practice with that tool. All the other geometry was done "manually."
