night's view

The only issue I see right away is the brick texture of the building, it's tiling too much.

Dear Fewdavid,
One or two small observations. The design uses a lot of glass and there appears to be very few structures that provide shade. Have you completed a sun study on the design?
With so much sunlight, will there be provision for solar water heating? In fact, has any thought been given to green issues, such as rain water collection?
Just curious.
Regards,

wow man, very nice great models, just seartch for better palm tree, where house have a good ones, and the way u rendered those are not right, u made it transparent and the right thing is to use opacity maps in this case, to render only the png image.

I agree with the previous comments you work is splendid. You owe it to you work however to get better stone, brick, roofing textures that do not have obvious repeating patterns.
There are hundreds of companies out there that have 3d textures that don't exhibit the repeating tile patterns here is one

granted they cost money but it may be a worthwhile investment. Or there is always searching the internet for free ones.
Maybe chat with a couple of the people here that have produced quality renderings and get some pointers on where to download some good textures.
It will take your renderings to a higher level.

David, these are great. You are very talented. Fix those textures and your renderings will be even better.
