Thanks for the texture however I require a tropical thatch, your thatch is more the English traditional thatch.

Yikes, I'm gonna have to look for it, I cannot remember which one it was.
I cleaned out my Imageshack account and reduced it to 30 pages x 20 images.

Sorry, came to this thread late.
You guys might be best adapting some of the images googled for palm thatch...something like this
I made two images...one of a seamless thatch and another of a fringe. It works quite well on stuff like this Tiki bar.

this is my test so far... i used th fur plugin to make the roof, actually my first try. Did a lot of manual transitions to get it right though!
