      good at all, here access to a building departments in argentina, I did for the study where I work, some things I am not persuaded as the frosted glass of the balconies, but work is already done, anyway accept comments and advice.
      the time of render I think it was half an hour, the trees are Xfrog

        Hi rcossoli,

        Looks really nice and for sure a render most clients would be pleased with... πŸ‘

        Things to improve:
        In general I believe that the render will improve significantly if you let it cook overnight using the MLT preset... πŸ˜‰
        This should also take care of the blotches you see in the ceiling in the garage...

        Some of the glass materials seem a bit strange... I.e. the frosted glass on the railing doesn't look right... 😐

        Finally - I would place some spot-lights in the shop window...

        But like I started saying... A very nice render...! πŸ˜‰

            thanks for the comments, referring to the railing of glass and had mentioned it, and I could never fix
