        that would be amazing to use during sex...

        ...you could wedge it up against the door so no-one can get in.

        Just won the 'Who is Least Competitive Championships' where trying to win will make you lose. Trying to lose makes you win which makes you lose. Not trying at all makes you lose which makes you win which makes you lose.

              He he 😄 Thanks.

              After applying some deformations (FFD), the object becomes 'creature'.
              Each FFD operation took more than 20 minutes to calculate 😲 ....It was a matter of not moving the mouse outside the viewport while the deformation process is busy, otherwise SU bugsplatted without exception (the famous "This process is not responsive" message in Windows).
              Same goes for the subsmooth plugin. Doing a repetitive series of subdivisions gets you in bug splat land.
              Well you know how SU handles lots of polies....

              Rendered using Skindigo:

                Very nice Kwist and nicely rendered.

                It's good to see the before and after.

                    Kwist, couldnt you have used FFD on the proxy rather than the subsurface?

                      Thanks for the comments.

                      @Remus,
                      mmm...applying FFD to the proxy? That sounds like something I need to try.

                        Yeah, just FFD the proxy. Thinking aobut it a bit more: you might need to subdivide the proxy first to get something that looks half decent, in which case youdonlyneed to use the smooth tool on it. Im sure youve already worked that out though...

                          Just bought subdivide and smooth 😄, so decided to pay tribute to Biebel's 'useful object'. Proxy greatly appreciated. Hopefully I'll be making some useful contributions of my own soon too. Rendered in podium 1.5. oh and how do I get rid of the attachment at the bottom btw??

                            Very green ans useful 😄

                            to remove that attachment at the bottom, edit your post (btton in the top right of the post) then scroll down untill you get to the attachments bit, just under the main window. There should then be a button that says 'delete file'

                            I look forward to more subsmoothed wonders!
