Links for Texture Sources

Some paintings can also be found on http://cgtextures.com/ > Ornaments > Paintings
As it's a framed website, it's hard to link with the navigation on the right included but you should end up here:

Don't know if this one is in here yet, but I was looking for 2D .PNG flowers for a garden and came across this site:
http://www.scri8e.com/effects/index.html
Wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but some of these might go well with SU Ivy.

Well, certainly there are some nice ones. Even maybe as "starters" for 3D models but also for 2D backdrops. Good link!

Just found this great texture site with free textures: http://www.texturepilot.com/

I have list of textures on my blog:

There are some repeats, but you may want to check out the ones from Flickr and DeviantArt... -
Thanks John, a very rich collection indeed!

I found this place while looking for old plaster textures (I'm making a model of an abandoned German bathhouse). Advertises that they have over 3400 free Hi rez (2000px by 1500px for most, but some are smaller) textures to use. They also provide links to other sites.

While not a link to an actual texture, it IS a link to a texturizing plug in for GIMP, so you can at least make the textures you find tileable!
