Possible to 'untick' sections of the forum

It is my habit to browse several pages of the 'Unread' posts most days.
It would be a better experience if I could exclude certain sections. In my case, I don't need to see the French posts or the Kubity ones etc.
Possibly something could be set up in profiles? -
I think you have to be registered into the French section (I don't see it) so you can skip that one anyway. I Just use the "New Posts" section.
