Synchro fichier Layout / Sketchup

Bonjour,
J'utilise Layout pour toute mes présentations de projets modélisés avec Sketchup.
Il m'arrive parfois d'avoir des projets très semblables.
Je travail alors à partir de copies auquelles j'apporte des modifications.Facile de dupliquer un projet Sketchup et apporter les changements.
Mais si je fais une copie du fichier Layout, elle n'est pas liée à sketchup.Comment faire pour que la copie liée de la présentation Layout soit associée à la copie du modèle sketchup.
