All the way back in in 2005 Nelson Chu first revealed the marvelous Digital Watercolor paint engine Moxi.
Now after nine long years it has come to beta under the name Expresii. http://www.expresii.com/

Yes, I've seen Verve and I have even tested it and I can say that it's not even close to Expresii.
As seen in this image, Expresii consists of three different engines.
