      Came across Sheerwind with invelox technology a few days ago and must say the it looks to be a breakthrough in electricity for wind. They are making claims of 600% more efficiency than standard wind turbines. Also it becomes operational in winds of 2 mph rather that the 8+mph speeds required for standard turbines.

      As they claim noise has been reduced, I'm wondering if such technology could be built into houses, commercial buildings etc as it might bring down the cost more!

          We have a saying over here, "A good arse speaks for itself" 😉

          In a domestic setting such a device could possibly be used for clothes drying. The exhaust air would be travelling at up to 40mph.
