very nice.... maybe a little more light on the interior overall?? its moodier this way, but maybe would show better with some light.

always impressed with the results people can get with Podium..I could never do it πŸ˜•

          Very nice, mrdcon.
Every time I see a huge picture window in front of a bath tub, without any blinds or such, I can't help but think...the occupants must be exhibitionists.

Have you tried the V2? It's a massive step up from the old Podium!

Or maybe they don't have any neighbours to worry about! πŸ˜†

Same probably goes for rail-less stairs?

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

Not the examples I've seen. It could also be the case of "okay, the cameras are gone; lets get out or ruffly curtains and all the other tacky stuff we like." πŸ˜‰ It's kinda like those apartments and homes you see in the architectural magazines where the stairs have no railings, and you wonder "how the f___ did that get passed? Don't they have any building codes in New York City?" and one can only assume the photo was taken before the building inspector made them install a rail.

It's up in the sky. See the clouds?

                  Nice space and picture!

Great render, I like the highlight on the bathtub and lighting on the arches.

                    Very nice...
