I looked but did not see - is there a way to start a Scene animation from the Ruby API (not using win32api?)

only way I know of...
```
start_anim = UI.start_timer( 3, true) {
      Sketchup.send_action("pageNext;")
   }
```
and then...
```
stop_anim = UI.stop_timer(start_anim)
```
