:lol You crazy Box!
To anyone looking for a high-end setup the Kayfun has an excellent name, in fact, I have seen no negative reviews.
For people in UK, cloud9vaping shop in London supply the Kayfun, but they get sold out IMMEDIATELY online. So, sign up to the SvoëMesto Kayfun Notification List to get news of stock delivery then pounce!! Sign up to the notification here:
So I will be getting a Provari V2.5 (like Pete's) and the Kayfun Atomizer. There is also a ring to make the provari fit flush to the Kayfun. I may get the Provari Mini if the battery lasts me all day,not sure yet.
Then all you ever have to buy is Nichrome wire and Silica wick....no more atomizers/cartomizers....you just coil on a new wire and wick (dirt cheap).
Shop links. I have absolutely no affiliation with any companies mentioned by the way, these are just the only guys who sell them in UK. You can buy the Provari anywhere with relative ease.

I'm on day 3 without smoking, and I'm feeling great! How are you guys doing ? Kim?

Well done Stefan, you should be very proud of yourself.
Best mod EVER!!!!
-
Don't even joke about it, someone from apple will see that and next thing you know everyone will be sucking on an iVape.
-
iVape
You onto something.
5 days smoke free, this is working.
Oli, when can you tell it's time to change an atomizer (besides categorical failure)

Taste gets a bit shitty. Almost like you can taste the base of the E-liquid instead of the flavour, it becomes quite obvious.

Well you have a different brand, so I can't say with accuracy. On average they last a week for me and I'm vaping all day. If you keep switching between flavours I imagine they will last up to 2 weeks each.
Basically each week I am using one atomizer at £5.
So that's £260 over the year (+ travel)....so you may as well just buy a rebuildable at half that price. Makes sense to me and you get superior flavour and vapour production.

I haven't received my eGo kit - yet...
Hopefully it'll be in my mailbox today when I get home...
(most likely there will be a note in my mailbox with a message that I'm able to pick up the parcel at the post office tomorrow...)I'm looking so much forward to this and my wife have decided to join me as well...

I hope you get it soon! Are you planning to quit straight away or just cut down at first?
-
So after Oli raving about how much better he felt after using his E-Cig I decided after 43 years of smoking and countless times of trying to quit cold turkey, the gum ,the patch the medication Chantix to try an E-Cig the only one I could find locally was the Blu not bad but I'm no doubt into this now and going to order an E-Go I'm pretty sure. I know Pete got him a Ferrari but I plan to use this to quit I hope. This not my first time to vape I use a nebulizer 4 times a day with Albuteral and Ipratropium for CPOD and congestive heart failure so I 'm very happy to report that after 28 hours without a smoke only a blu I feel better already. Kinda miss the smokes but it's time to move on.
THANKS Oli and others

mwm5053: great news, yeah Blu is definitely better than patches/gum etc. I don't associate chewing gum/patches with smoking so they never worked for me either. You need the vape to get that instant hit of nicotine.
Just you wait until you try the EGO! It's another step up and VERY close to the smoking sensation, buckets of vapour and flavour. I feel like a different person since quitting in body and mind, feeling more balanced. I can only imagine how nice Pete's rig vapes!
You will not "miss the smokes" with the new generation E-Cigs, you get a better dose of nicotine compared to cigarettes as others have also reported. Good luck and order yourself an EGO! great for a starter setup, inexpensive and satisfying. I estimate you get 3-4 times more vapour with each drag with an EGO compared to a Blu and definitely more nicotine.

thanks oli doing that right now

Avoid buying the giant atomizer which has a flat mouthpiece, it doesn't draw back tight like a cigarette. I prefer the one with clear tank like in the photos, pulls back nicer. If you're unsure post a link and I'll have a look.
-
this is a new mexico based shop.
If you look on the right in Best Sellers you will see the EGO. Looks like they sell the new reinforced tanks too.
-
Mine does vape well, I did try the EGO in the store and it was also great,I only went for a Ferrari vape so that I would not quit, my logic was spend all my cig monthly budget right then as that way the guilt of wasting so much money and not having a fag budget would help towards the whole quitting. And if it works I actually saved money as I would end up eventually getting a top end vape anyway, so after 6 days smoke free I believe my logic paid off.
-
Or try these guys mwm5053. That route66vape shop don't sell many sets.

Double EGO with more spare tanks:

You're absolutely right Pete. It's actually more economical to buy a high-end rig.
Well what am I doing...if I had the choice in shop I would have definitely bought a better rig. Basically I've bought a stopgap, but because it's cheap, you get the opportunity to try it first without breaking bank. Some people will be determined to smoke either way so an EGO is good for starters in that respect.
Also, because the tanks are essentially disposable, you keep going back buying tanks. Great for business, but not for me. Can't wait to get my hands on the Kayfun 3.1 and Provari!
6 days!! Thats brilliant news! Isn't it great not doing the daily cigarette run to the shop!!
random fact: E Cig was invented in 1963! http://www.e-cig.org/2009/11/07/new-invention-of-1963-the-smokeless-non-tobacco-cigarette/

I used to buy them online by the carton, normally 5 cartons at a time, would save me around 40% than getting them daily from a convenience store.
