New order for toolbars

This is what I get when I search for the installed Toolbars in the Ruby Console
UI::Toolbar:0x11b35e28 ( it is one of my toolbars )
It seems that this is also be responsible for the chronological order when I call the Toolbars.
Can I change this?
Is it possible to get a new order to call single toolbars?
What is crucial therefor ?Please, keep in mind I am not a programmer

You can access toolbars by their name, if you load them into a hash.
