I have downloaded your file ... and can't open it with SKETCHUP ?

Can you , please , check your file and send a new release to make the test ?

        thanks

              hi kagazwala

This new file is better .
I have made some test , i think you have probleme with concave parts
              you should group single parts

Few month ago , i have made a tutorial , you can download it there :
              http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=61&t=46796

There is also un excellent tutorial here
              https://sites.google.com/site/sketchyphysicstutorial/home

it's difficult for me to understand what kinematic you'd like but i think you should test it step by step .
              for example , testing parts A , B , jointing them , then B and C , then C and D.
and finaly test everything together .

Take a look on the next vidéo.

                    concept
when two parts are common parts, they repel
i think it's the major probleme of your scene .

take a look and test my example kagazwala 4 with sketchyphysics
