[FEATURE] "Solved button"

In many forums (not all), you can see an extra checkmark button at the top right, among the "post icons". This is for the member who started a topic (and / or moderators) to mark an answer as one that solved the problem. In forum view (looking at the topic list), you can click on this button and it takes you to that particular post.
