Building render

this is the first thing I've posted to the gallery - i've seen a LOT of better/nicer images here, but you got to start somewhere.
basically i did everything in sketchup, then i hit the 'R' button in vray and didn't change any settings, and then in photoshop i added the grass and the sky. i'm not great in any of these programs, but i'm trying to get better. if anyone has any tips/suggestions i'd appreciated them.

I love the trees
Im a big fan of the conceptual/NPR styles and I think these trees would be great for them.Regarding your render I think that the grass is a little too big, might have to scale it down a bit.
