SketchyPhysics not working correctly

Hi, I'm trying to us SketchyPhysics on my computer. I have SketchUp 8, Windows 7, on a PC. I'm new at SketchyPhysics. I had tried once before and gave up in frustration. I've worked with Maya and other programs, so I should be able to do this. Using YouTube video tutorials, I've make several attempts to have wheels turn and have parts connected in the correct sequence. No Luck. I've been using SketchUp for several years now. Is there a tutorial you would suggest I try. Then I could relate the specific problems I have while trying SketchyPhysics.

There was a forum thread called Groups, Components and Joints in which I embedded a video of basic joint attachment. You might find it to be useful, since I tried to show some very basic characteristics of SketchyPhysics.
