Very nice design. But I would suggest increase the horizontal depth of the open air gallery just a bit, based on years of renting various beach condominiums. Think chaises and maneuvering about. As far as human comfort goes, don't get locked into rigid geometry. It might even allow your lower windows a bit of shading. Just some thoughts.
