        Good job:
Everything consistent and orderly. This must be a work in progress. You will need as a practical matter, some openings in the pavement for the palm trees to grow out of, unless these are intended as artificial palms (which are available in realistic versions and in painted metal with wild colors from various companies). Also, as a visualization, I do not mind the repetitive smaller plants, as it is obvious you wish to focus on your architectural concept. But, going a few steps further, you could provide a variety of the same plant types in the planters, and I think dealing with the palm trees will will cause you to revise your pavement design and space considerations.
Overall? Great images and nice architecture.
EDIT: I mean to say, I would like to visit this cafe 😄

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

Very nice. From a practical/code point of view, you should add handrails and guardrails.

              My avatar is an anachronism.
