Kitchen Nymph

As a reference point for quality in the render, the nymph is unachievable. She is a little distracting i agree, i think i have shot myself in the foot. Still it was a labour of love creating her billboard, i will never forget her............

Sigh... I can imagine...

Now joking aside: I really like the render (nymph or not). That subtle light from the lamp (while it is actually day time outside) is a nice touch.

Thanks Gaieus, i like to add a narrative but this time i was out-staged. I am new to maxwell and i must say i am enjoying it. The sketchup plugin is very efficient .

i think the average response to this image is:

" hold on give me a minute let me have a look "
" well do you like the kitchen design ? "
" what kitchen ? "
" let me have another look ? "

repeat ad infinitum

All that empty counter space gives me an idea!

Nice one Roger, now if she had an Excalibur type sword slicing a tomato it would make some sense.

Lol guys, i believe a bow would be more appropriate perhaps she is associated with Artemis the huntress. Originally this deity was the spirit of the kitchen who came out when you were sleeping to tidy, patrol & bless the kitchen. It's all real and part of the service i tell the client. Yes sketchup with maxwell can conjur deitys.

Hmmmm! What I had in mind regarding the counter might not be appropriate for a deity.

Maybe a harp should do the thing. Nice !

You will definitely need the nymph to clean up.

I like Roger's version with more light. It's sunny outside and brighter inside and overall make me feel more cheerful. The nymph ....
