This is a quick visualisation project I made to help out a mate in school. The interior models are mostly from 3dwh. I really enjoyed trying to make the renders sunny and moody. Rendered with lumion an Vray.

. I suppose the exterior renders are made in Lumion and the interior in Vray. If I am right, than Lumion is a little bit a nice surprise. Really good work 
. First picture has perfect mood - nice illumination. Interiors are cold and empty and some models are little bit rigit, but I am sure there is reason for that. I appreciate nice atmosphere and lighting in interior and clean renders. Good luck to your friend with project and you please keep posting. Good work .

I always try to make the exterior exposure bigger for a more photorealistic look. It also helps to merge the interior and the exterior togeather more naturally.
