3ds-ben érdemes letölteni őket, aztán azt megnyitni SketchUp-ban (ha sikerül - egyesével is hihetetlenül nagy fájlméretek, a SU-ban való használatuk kerülendő).
Ezután érdemes ThomThom Cleanup plugin-jával alaposan kipucolni (a "remove duplicate faces" opciót kapcsoljátok ki, különben órákig tart).
Olyan renderelő programokban érdemes csak használni őket, amelyek bírják a milliónyi poligont. Egyesével ki lehet exportálni Kerkytheába, vagy Theába (illetve a Thea meg tudja nyitni mind a 3ds, mind az obj fájlokat egyenesen is). Itt aztán el lehet menteni, majd mikor renderelésre kerül a sor, beillesztgetni a fájlba.
