Proposed Housing for Coastal Flood Zones

flood shelter.................or zombie apocalypse hideout!
-
We only modeled the front: the sides and rear are just massed.
ps. Liam, love your work

It's probably just me, but it feels like pure SU images seems to have less impact than rendered images on the forum. Like i said, it's probably just me. So here are the rendered images...
-
Nice images Troy, if I were you I'd be excited texturing this model for render...
Merry Christmas...

yes, kinda want to see it done completely render, with envy and such..

Troy you did wondrful job. Model look so sleek, but detailed. I realy love it !!! Thumbps Up

I personally am a fan of native SU output (when done right like this). Like it has been said, nicely detailed but not over done. My only comment would be that the smart car (being as small as it is) makes the structure look even more narrow and tall. Overall I like the images.

Thanks guys; couldn't have modeled this as well without Robert Scott. And of course props to Chad Cooper, the architect, for such a clean design.
I have a textured model baking right now- i am excited to show it off soon. The Smart car was fun, but you're right, Scott, as the only context of scale it was throwing things off- so long Smart car. -
A little detail study-

And another elevation...

some proposed shutter dogs...

Very nice idea but you should place them a little bit lower, so that they can be opened
-
Ha! Good point! I got so excited about modeling them...
