        Allan -
That's a beautiful watercolor effect. It adds wonderful depth to your rendering. I am curious about your technique. I have been trying to learn the best way to do watercolor technique and I am curious about what layers and brushes you are using (I am guessing it is all done in Photoshop?) Are you just using the colors that are in your original rendering or do you add gradients and colors on top of it? Do you use filters other than blur filters, like the watercolor filter? I think you might be a good person to ask since your technique is so well developed.
        Thanks!

        Andy

Nice work....I really like Scene Three!

BTW...I think you the entourage you've selected fits perfectly for this style. Is that your own creation or can you tell us were you obtained those images?

It really great to see some top notch NPR work being posted!

Oh yes, I am a fan of your DWCs Allan! There are always some neat details like for example the flourecent interior lights in the first pic. The other two could use a little of that too. Or reflections, cause the windows are a bit too dark altogether.
            Keep them coming!

Robert, I've asked Allan before, the entourage are all models, mostly from Formfonts I think.
If you look closely you can tell from the shadows, and also with clipmaps there would not be such a detailed line overlay.

                Thanks guys,

The technique is similar to Grant Marshall's technique but I've added the Formfonts as entourage because it is very good when rendered as line work. and alot of Photoshop work...

Here are more images from Artesian...

Very nice images. Perhaps the scenes are a little too populated? And I had the momentary impression that the sidewalk is a one way path?
I was wondering what significance is in the name of the apartment?

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.
