Very realistic and believable.
I see three areas that you may wish to tweak. The hanging towels seem a little too crispy for the overall lighting. Perhaps the sconce parabolic light pattern needs to soften or diffuse where it strikes the wall? And the rug edge may need some "fur" overlap to soften it as well. But, because everything else in the room has such clean lines, I am almost hesitant to say these things.
By the way, what would the water closet look like in this fixture set?
