Nothing too impressive, just a simple animation I was asked to do. First one I ever did, so it didn't quite turn out worthy of an Oscar.
Had to do quite a bit of work on the original model, which was made by an architectural firm, as it was rather sloppy. Original file size was close to 15 mb. My version is 3.7 mb. Being something of a geek, I take pride in that.

Has a smooth flow, I like that. Also the fact that you got it down to 3.7mb. However, why don't you show off the interior? You could use a nice slow section cut to do so.
