Hi all, posting a recent render of mine, a W.I.P. for a residential development, your c&C will be appreciated,.

Two things really stick out to me, first there's some repetiveness in your street texture and second, the white is too white, smooth, and clean. Definitely think a slight bumpmap and some water streaks and dirt marks would help.

My crit is all the houses are exactly the same. I'm not a fan of living in such environment. Even if you mirrored a house it would evoke a sense of difference.
