I think I need a break from drawing trains for a while, I started drawing aircraft etc when I first got SketckUp now after sometime drawing trains I feel that I want to apply all of the tricks and plugins etc to drawing aircraft.
My first "new" aircraft project is not so well known here is a "phantom view
      " of the intended victim:-

        Dolf,

This looks nice so far. I just wonder about the seam running through the middle of the aircraft. It looks a bit odd. Also, a small tip is to export images around 6000 pixels then downsize them in your app of choice. This will help your linework to soften up and look far more crisp. Can we see the wires (hidden line mode)?

Nice work, Dolphus! So you are really a man of wide interest - from sea to sky.
          Please keep the updates coming.
BTW it looks like Cessna T 37?

Cool plane, Dolf. Will you put texture/materials on it?

                  Have a great one!

Numbthumb thanks for your encouraging comment
ken28875 I always try to make my models as accurate and "real life" as possible, with aircraft I am fond of trying to duplicate a particular plane flown by a named pilot, not always possible ...but i try so to answer your question as much detail. markings etc as possible
Ultimatez 32 I had a look at your thread your models look cool thanks for sharing

Well, from what I have seen so far, Dolphus I am expecting nothing less from you this time.

I was wondering how dcauldwell´s Sopwith Pup was coming along? 😉

What are all the antennae on the elevators? Looks like a spy plane used to do radio intercepts.
