        There is a nice tone to the renderings. The small bushes infront of the parking structure are a bit repetitive as is the stone pattern on the structure next to the parking facility. Which building is the proposed? i assume the parking building. Really good work overall!

          It could just be a personal thing but I think it is a worth while lesson to try and keep verticals vertical!!

          You will find most leading render studios or artists do and maintain this unless the building is extremely tall.

            Nice work. I think the Camaro should be replaced with a mid level sedan. It's too dominant in the scene and detracts from the architecture...as does the repeating stone texture. Overall depth and camera angle is very well done. Congrats.

              excellent work seabass. the rendering is fantastic. a minor comment. the tiling of stone is very obvious.
