Ruby Cost.rb Script File

I have been trying to track down this script. I used to have it in an earlier version of SketchUp but no longer. I've also been searching the web.
Any help would be appreciated. -
That one ships with Sketchup - if you open the Windows > Preferences > Extensions panel, and enable the Ruby example, the Cost plugin should show up in your Plugins menuu.
