Weld Ruby - SIte/Topo lines

Hi
Im trying to create a sloped topography for the site of my project.
When I import cad files, the spline topography lines come in as a bunch of small segmented lines together.
Someone said I could use the Weld Ruby tool to combine the segments into one line? I have no idea what the weld ruby tool is, but saw that this section is called "Ruby" so I thought I ccould post here
Im not sure if I am posting in the right section, but I need help!

download that and place it in your sketchup\plugins folder, next time you open sketchup, the tool will be in the plugins menu.
