SurDebug Error

Hello together,
i've installed Sketchup, Ruby, and the Ruby-Debug.
Like here:
http://code.google.com/p/surdebug/wiki/SuRDebug#SketchUp_Ruby-DebugIf i do the Step "First Run". An Error-Message "Failed to open Ruby Console." appears.
I try to install Ruby in "C:\Ruby" and in "C:\Programs\Ruby" but there were no differences.Have you any ideas how i can solve this problem?

You will probably have to contact Pecan directly about it. I don't think he is frequenting these forums anymore. And I don't know if any one here has had much success with the plugin.

Change to a English version of Sketchup.
The code try to open Console with following shorcut : Alt W+R
and it only works with english version
