anyone else running one of these?
just got donated one by my friend who's moving, and i'm not sure whether to fit it to my new pc.
any help is greatly appreciated, i've googled it, but it's like a whole other language!

oh, btw, i'm currently running a quad core duo, thingy.

From what ive read, it'll certainly be a lot better than your quad core duo thingy, but youll have to fork out for a new motherboard (£100-£150 id guess.) Depends how keen you are for the extra speed really.
