      Hi

Today I was presenting my workflow to a designcompany. They had just one big wish, to be able to split the viewport like in other 3D app.

Is there a plugin/ruby that can do that or would that be imposible?

It is not possible to do through Ruby.

And you might agree, but I find that in 3dsmax, I can not live without the multiple viewports, because of how difficult that software is to navigate through the model.

In SU, I've never felt a need to have the multiple viewports, because moving around and getting where I want to go is so easy. SU just has a different workflow that does not require the multiple windows.

But that is just my opinion, and I know there are others who agree. So tell them to play with it even if it does not have the 4 windows, they will probably get used to it.

        Chris

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

          I do agree to!

As a workaround, I showed how to make som scenes with different views and also one with top view with paralle projection.
