      Here is a render I did at the beginning of this year. Podium and Photoshop.
      The building is fully under construction now.

        Nice work Eric. The only thing that jumps out at me right away is the use of the same tree (repetition), Even a quick rotation would solve it.

            Thanks guys. Point well taken Scott. I added the foreground trees after the render so it would have been easy to modify. Hindsight I guess.

            I would have liked to have less parking showing but the nature of this building and what the client required left me little room for viewing angle. They loved it and we got paid, I guess that is the main thing right?

              Every thing looks good but you might need some more sun or light, looks cloudy and your sky is not. Im no pro at this.

                As I repeatedly say as long as the client likes it, it is a sucess! we often look at things thru a different prism than our clients, we get overly picky and all the while it still is going to blow the client away ... beautiful image and great render, and you got paid, even better!
