A house I've been working on in Manchester, England

Rendered everything in Podium with a touch of Photoshop

The images are only illustrative for a feasibility study so they are still a bit sketchy (and rushed lol)!

Let me know what ya think!

Very nice, like the clean look. I think the first 2 could do with a bit longer, though (assuming your using noisy preset.)

Great job! very well done and should be helpful for your purposes.

I think the bump on the brick in the 5th image looks like it's inverted but it could be my eyes.

no I hardly ever use the noisy preset because of time constraints! I have added noise in PP lol!the actual raw renders were very crisp. however I did not render the images on podiums highest quality or anti-alias settings because I'm always rushed...so you can get much better results. I would have used LEMs for all my inteior images too but I ran out of time and had to use just the sun.

funny u mention the bump in that image....it is inverted and I cannot understand how it can be like that!! It is the only wall in the whole model that does it!

Nice design, and renders. Interior views can be a problem with small spaces. For client presentations, I like to include with the detailed views, at least 1 or two, 2 pt perspective with wide angle views of at least 3 walls. Not the FOV the eye sees, but gives comprehensive sweeping feel of the space. I think of all presentation as abstraction, so I try to tell my story, even if it distorts the FOV.

                  Hi Oli
Looking really good. Have to agree with Brodie on the 5th image. The bricks bump seem inverted inside the building but outside looks normal.
                  Like the design.

its a feasibility of a house in rochdale. yeah podium works on mac, i did all these images on an imac. its really easy to use and quick, each render took between 5 and 10 mins.

Podium really is great little programe.

Its amazing what you can produce in such little time.
