thanks mate. btw your vray max skills is getting dealier ha. keep it up. -
Nomer, I have seen some great work from you, but these are some of your best and by far, my favorite. Everything about them is beautiful...i didnt get to read the entire thread so i apologize if this a repeat question, but is the design yours as well? I just think everything from the design, to the rendering, to the style is great. Those rugs are amazing and the dirty-yellowish leather on the sofa is great...any chance you could share those settings? Keep up the good work my friend, cause you seem to only be getting better.

hi steller,
yeah i have done everything from design to render. i am actually doing my own blog and i will try as much as possible to share stuff there.
thanks

The images on page one are gorgeous. Spectacular colour choices and great renders!
-
that subtle highlight along the edge of the cushions is great.... go podium! need to start using it more.
-
i used a slight blurry reflection of 2 for the sofa. testing this unreleased 1.7 of podium which i guess to be released soon.

Hi Normeradona
Is soft shadows really part of the next Podium release? -
dont think so. based on my knowledge. the next one would be supporting blurry reflection. its kinda a cool.
here i only use the workaround created by TBD how to produce soft shadow using sun. but this one is always depend on the location of sun and how far the object to the area where shadow are being cast. i guess its more on playing really the proper location of the sun. as for the omni, i think tut3d had made a good tutorial on how to have soft shadow with them. -
stunning work as usual! I love it!
