A Quick Swirly After Work

I'm enjoying playing with this approach. Not sure where it's going but I think the images are interesting. First the native export then a couple of Photoshop mods.

Nice, Fred. Like flying splashes of tempura paint or ribbons of clay. Evocative.
Seems like a nice way to end the work day, as long as you still get home on time.

It makes me wonder if any artists are using SU to layout their work. Your first image, were it expanded to around 8' or 10' on canvas would get you into a NY gallery.

It would be interesting to see this rendered in the toy town fashion, or like a sculpture sitting on a table. Of course at present it looks painterly, not like an actual modelled object.

Thanks for the comments. Like the "flying splashes of tempura paint..." description. I think what I'm enjoying about these is taking the hard-edged SketchUp export image and transforming it into something a little softer and less identifiable.
