It seems to be like Vue but with roadmaking vector tools. The terracing capabilities seem pretty cool too.

It's a great supplementary tool for Vue, Geocontrol is a easy to use terrain molding app. I have used version one with lots of success, yet to try version 2, unfortunately I do not have a project yet for me to need it.
